Mohammed Qamar Arif Hashmi, popularly known as Arif Hashmi is a non-resident Indian technologist, IT leader and business strategist hailing from Fatehpur Uttar Pradesh. He is currently heading the Information technology department of ZAD holding company in Doha, Qatar.
